I'm a psychologist trained in 🇧🇷 I studied and worked as a behavior therapist in the 🇺🇸 and as an immigrant for 5 years, I decided to specialize in intercultural psychology. I help people dealing with emotional overload, anxiety with visa/status changes, intercultural relationships and patterns that repeat in life. In weekly sessions I teach you how you think and act, we identify limiting beliefs and apply practical techniques to break these cycles. If you feel like you're stuck in the same patterns or overwhelmed, I can guide you with clarity
