I'm looking for someone
Do I need an account to search?
No. Searching, viewing profiles and contacting providers is free, no sign-up. You only need an account to vouch for someone, report a listing, or manage your own.
Is there anyone in my city?
Indicaí grows by the community's hand. Search your city and look at the map: whoever is already there shows up. If nobody is yet, your region is waiting for someone to open the door, and it could be you: become an Indicaí ambassador, invite the providers you already use and trust, and we'll help with whatever you need.
What does "Community Verified" mean?
That five different people vouched for this provider. You can see who they were, with name and month, under "Who vouched" on the profile. The badge is not for sale and never will be: it is only earned through vouches.
Do vouchers appear with their name?
Only those who typed a name when vouching, always as first name and initial, like Carla M. Those who didn't appear as an anonymous vouch, and it counts the same. You can change it later under You → Your recommendations.
How do I vouch for someone?
Open their profile, tap Vouch and, if you like, add your name and a sentence about what they did for you. If they aren't on Indicaí yet, tap "Recommend someone" on the home page and we take it from there.
What do "Accepting clients", "Limited availability" and "Waitlist" mean?
It's the provider themselves saying whether their calendar is open right now. It helps you avoid knocking on a closed door.
I found a fake or problematic listing. What do I do?
Use the Report button on the listing itself. We review it, usually the same day, and can suspend or remove it.
Can I use it as an app?
Yes! Open indicai.us on your phone and add it to your home screen. It works like an app, right next to WhatsApp.

Is it free? Will it become a subscription?
It's free, and we charge no commission and nothing per client. If something paid ever exists, what is already live stays live for free.
Do I need a vouch to join?
No. You create your listing and it's visible right away. Vouches come later, from your clients, and they are what earn the badge: with five different people vouching, it appears.
Do I need a license, an LLC or documents?
We ask for no documents, no license and no registered company. And we publish nobody's status. Indicaí shows what the community says about your work, nothing else.
Are my phone and address public?
Only what you choose. You can appear with WhatsApp only, and show your area instead of an exact address. People who work from home usually show just the neighborhood or the city.
How do I list my service?
Tap "List my service/event", create an account with your email and fill in the listing. It takes about two minutes and goes live immediately, no approval queue.
Can I ask my clients to vouch for me?
Yes, and you should. Under You → My listing there is an "Ask for a vouch" button: it opens WhatsApp with the message and your link ready. You just pick who to send it to.
I serve several cities, or only online
Tick "Serves online" on your listing and you show up in every search, from any city. If you serve one area, pick the radius (5 to 100 miles) and show up for people nearby.
Do I need to keep updating my listing?
No. Your Indicaí listing is a storefront window, not another social network to feed. People who find you here go straight to your WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or website. You keep caring for your socials as you already do; Indicaí just makes people find you. Only come back when something changes: a new phone, "limited availability", a new photo. It takes a minute.
I found my business on Indicaí, but I didn't create it. What now?
Some listings were added by Indicaí to help the community find you, always marked "The owner hasn't confirmed this information yet". Message us on WhatsApp: we transfer the listing to you or fix anything that needs it. If you'd rather not be listed, just ask and we take it down.

Does Indicaí guarantee the services?
No. Indicaí introduces people. The work, the price and the agreement are between you and the provider. Read our Legal Notice and Terms of Use.
