Indicaí is a directory of Brazilian service providers in the US. This page explains, in plain language, what we keep and what we don't.
Text messages (SMS)
When you request a sign-in code by SMS, your mobile number is used only to send that code — one message per request, only when you ask. We do not send marketing by SMS. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
What we keep
Your email or phone number, only so you can sign in. We don't use it for marketing and we don't sell it.
If you list a service: whatever you wrote in the listing — name, contact, ZIP, photos, description. That's public, because that's the point of a listing.
How many times a listing was viewed and how many people clicked to contact the provider. We keep the number only, never who clicked: no name, no IP, no tracker.
What we DON'T keep
No tracking cookies, no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics, and we don't follow you around other sites. Searching and contacting a provider needs no account at all.
Service providers we use
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. To run the site we use service providers that process data only on our behalf and only to deliver the service: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (sending the SMS code) and Resend (sending the sign-in email). They act as our processors, may not use your information for their own purposes, and never for marketing.
Your rights
You can edit or delete your listing any time under My listings. To delete your account and data, message us on WhatsApp and we'll handle it.
