Our commitment
Indicaí only works if you can trust what you see. So we wrote the rules down, put them in the company's founding documents, and published them here — so you can hold us to them.

The badge will never be for sale
The Community Verified badge is earned when 5 different people vouch for the same provider. It has no price, and it never will — under any corporate structure or business deal. This is written into the company's founding agreement.

Search ranking cannot be bought
No provider can pay to appear first in search. If sponsored placement ever exists, it will be labeled as an ad and kept separate from results — never disguised among them.

One vouch per person, for real
Each account can vouch for each provider exactly once, and nobody can vouch for themselves. That's a database rule, not a promise: the system refuses, rather than us policing.

Searching is free and account-free, always
Anyone looking for a provider will never need an account or pay anything. If Indicaí ever charges for something, it will be extra tools for providers — never the community that searches and vouches.

Your data is not the product
We don't collect the name, e-mail, or phone of anyone searching. Site statistics are aggregate and anonymous, identifying no one. We don't sell data. There is nothing to sell.
This commitment is written into Indicai LLC's operating agreement, and changing it requires unanimous member consent. If you ever see anything on Indicaí that seems to break these rules, message us on WhatsApp — this page exists so you can hold us to it.
