Why clients recommend them
“I have been taking private classes with Mariela for over four years, online and in-person, mainly restorative yoga. She accompanied my two pregnancies, adapting the postures at each stage. Furthermore, she has taught me to slow down and value rest, reminding me how good it is to take care of ourselves. Kind, attentive and always concerned with my well-being. I recommend her with my eyes closed!”

I always do Yoga practices with Mariela and after each session I leave renewed and eager for the next activity. I've already given my husband a Restorative Yoga session as a gift and, of course, I took advantage of the gift too, since the session was for couples and he loved it! I highly recommend Mariela's work!
