DaJu Brazilian Bakery was created to bring a little piece of Brazil to Indianapolis through flavors filled with tradition, comfort, and memories. I have been a baker for 15 years and specialize in cakes, gourmet brigadeiros, beijinhos, flan, and other made-to-order desserts. I use high-quality ingredients with no emulsifiers, gelatin, or hydrogenated fats, prioritizing Callebaut chocolate, carefully selected products. Everything is made fresh with care and attention to detail. 📍Delivery is available by arrangement.
